From when can I buy a car without a license?
To be able to drive a car without a license, you must be at least 14 years old and have a Road Safety Certificate (BSR) , also called an AM license. It is obtained in college during a theoretical exam. Then you have to do 7 hours of driving training before getting it and being able to drive a car without a license.
