How to make chow mein at home veg ?

Vegetable Chowmein

Glossy noodles tossed with vegetables and all the classic condiments – soy sauce, celery, vinegar and chili sauce.


– 400 g fresh noodles
– 5 cups of water
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 1 tablespoon oil noodles
– Oil 7 tablespoons
– 2 teaspoons of garlic paste
– 1 teaspoon of chili powder
– 1 cup sliced ??vegetables
– 1 large onion, thinly sliced
– Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 2 tablespoons chopped celery
– 2 tablespoons of vinegar
– Chili sauce 1 teaspoon


1. Bring the water and salt to a boil. Add the noodles and cook ‘bite like’ – do whiten so cool and cook more if it is dry.

2. Drain immediately and allow to cool under running water until the noodles are completely cooled.

3. Work 1 tablespoon oil in the noodles and leave in the colander until needed.

4. Heat the remaining oil and stir the garlic mixture and the onions over high heat until the onions are bright.

5. Add the vegetables and stir to mix well. Add the soy sauce, salt, celery, vinegar and chili sauce. Mix well and add the noodles and stir until homogeneous. Do all this on high heat.

6. Serve warm.
