How to make hot chocolate

2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder soup unsweetened
1-2 tablespoons granulated sugar
? cup of hot water
a pinch of salt
3/4 cup milk
1/3 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Mix cocoa, sugar, water and salt in a medium saucepan.
2. Over medium heat, stirring constantly until the cocoa and sugar dissolve.
3. Add milk and heat (not boiling).
4. Remove from heat and add vanilla essence. Serve hot.
Note: If desired, mix in the blender foamy.
spicy hot chocolate
Yield: 4 servings
3 cups of bittersweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons cocoa powder soup unsweetened
2 tablespoons sugar
1 Ω cup milk
a pinch of chili powder
1 cinnamon stick
º teaspoon nutmeg coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
º cup heavy cream
1. In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate, cocoa, sugar and pepper. Place the pan over medium heat and whisk until the chocolate chips begin to melt. Slowly pour in the milk and cream. Decreased branch of cinnamon, nutmeg and bring to boil.
2. Remove from heat. Cover the pan tightly and let stand for 1 hour. Stir in vanilla essence and simmer before forcing and serve warm with marshmallows (not optional).

Yield: 4 cups
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
a pinch of salt
3 cups whole milk
1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup Cointreau or Grand Marnier
1/2 cup rum
In a medium saucepan, combine cocoa powder, sugar and salt. Add milk and dark chocolate shavings. Stir constantly over medium heat until chocolate is melted. Whisk gently.
Add Grand Marnier and a hint of rum. Rub the rim of each glass with orange peel and serve immediately.
