Roasting vegetables in microwave oven

Even if you’re not a big fan of vegetables, they have an incredible taste when they were well roasted. If you have never tried before you, or if you are looking for some suggestions for your crapshoot, this video has some advice.

In this YouTube video channel ChefSteps, chief Lee Grant Crilly shows an infallible roasting all kinds of vegetables in your oven method. You can even roast a variety of vegetables at a time. Here are some of the major video cards:

Sort vegetables in groups. Mushrooms and cruciferous vegetables (broccoli and cauliflower) takes about 25 minutes to roast. Roots (carrots, potatoes, etc.), onion, squash and needs about 45 minutes to roast.
Cut the vegetables into pieces that are the same size, so all evenly cooked.
The use of parchment paper on the cooking plate so that their vehicles do not stick to it.
Cover the vegetables with a little olive oil so that heat can be transferred from the bottom of the vegetables. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
