Turning on Windows Defender
Windows Defender is the best antivirus software (even Microsoft admits its first party solutions are not ideal) but is enabled by default in Windows 10 Startup. In fact, the only way to disable it is to install something else.
In a strange turn of events, Microsoft made its Windows Defender feature a permanent feature of Windows 10. You can turn off temporarily, as seen in the above image, but can not stop permanently. If maintained for too long, Windows is back on.
